LOL... at least I am figuring out who to ignore completely early on. You don't know me. You don't know my qualifications. I had all the "prerequisites" for this position before I even signed up at these forums. I suggest you keep your comments to yourself.

I'm not going to Dr.Phil u , but seriously leave the baggage at the door come in and enjoy each others company,advice and/or help if that be the case.
